Incògnit Rose
The rosé in our Incognit range of blended wines. The concept of the Incognit range is that they are wines of broad appeal, which also meet our own demands of quality. That’s why they’re blends, because this allow us to produce the balance and flexibility we look for in these wines.
The idea here is an aromatic and delicate rosé, without too much heavy sweetness. The Cabernet Sauvignon gives us structure, the Merlot fruit and acidity, and a touch of Tempranillo provides complexity and lightness. This is meant to be a rosé to enjoy by the glass, with enough character to accompany a meal.

Raspberry-colored wine, with great aromatic intensity where fruity, blackberry, red and violet fruits stand out. In the mouth it is elegant and unctuous. Its acidity makes it persistent and refreshing.Pairing
