During Barcelona Wine Week, the city of Barcelona will be hosting parallel events under the title: Barcelona Wine Week likes the city. And MAS RODÓ as a winery created by Barcelonians and located in the Penedès, could not miss this chance.
On the 4th at 17h and 18:30 we will offer two tastings, open to the public, in the magnificent location of the Moja Palace, with the collaboration of the Els Amics de La Rambla Association.

MAS RODÓ celebrated its first WINE & YOGA Edition last June, with more than 70 participants. An event that had the collaboration of the yoga reference brand, in sportswear, SHAMBHALA BARCELONA as well as the brand of PAN PAN YOGA ecological mats.
Hatha Vinyasa’s class, between vineyards, was taught by the Igualada Shadhana Yoga Center. All participants were able to take a welcome bag with memories of this first edition and were able to taste the MAS RODÓ wines, after class.
Gilbert & Gaillard, one of the world reference wine competitions, has awarded in this 2019 edition, a Gold medal to all the wines presented in the contest, by MAS RODÓ.

This is a circuit of 14 competitions that run through emblematic tours of the region. The first one took place on March 17, with the Cursa del Pic de l’Àliga, which led the runners to overcome almost 1000 meters of positive slope in 15.5 kilometers.
All the races of the Gran Penedés League calendar, sponsored by Mas Rodó, take place in unique places that deserve special attention for any nature lover. In Mas Rodó we share with its organizers the passion for Penedés and the sensitivity for its ecological and environmental values.
The Mas Rodó estate is located in the mountainous area of Mediona, 500 meters above sea level. This condition and the exceptionality of its soils offer us the best conditions to produce monovarietal wines appreciated worldwide.
The Mas Rodó Property Reserve 2010 wine won one of the gold medals awarded by the Mundus Vini jury at the spring tasting 2019. During 6 days in February, more than 200 experts from 50 countries have valued more than 7,200 wines from of the main wine regions of the world.

The wines of Mas Rodó have obtained exceptional scores in the VI edition of the Monovino awards. These awards recognize the best monovarietal wines produced in Spain. In particular, Mas Rodó Riesling 2018 wore a gold medal, just like Mas Rodó Cabernet Sauvignon 2013.
