MAS RODÓ’s Cabernet Sauvignon challenges the clichés. This wine shows the full potential of one of the most appreciated red wine varietals on the planet. Our Cabernet Sauvignon concentrates that essence, and expands it with the mineral nuances typical of our terroir and excellent maturation from our cold nights and low yield vineyards, thus eliminating vegetable and pepper notes that might come up otherwise. Repeated pumping and délestage allows us to extract all the body and colour, which is only possible after optimum maturation. Mature tannins and well-balanced depth with acidity. This is an excellent red wine from D.O. Penedés which will challenge any pre-conceptions.
