Our weather conditions allow for perfect acclimatization, giving us the ripening and fruit of a warm country combined with the acidity and robustness of the mythical French Merlot. The lively acidity is perfectly balanced as it is brought out in the wine. This has more intensity and less docility than a conventional Merlot, but still the roundness and balance. It has a tannic point, but of mature tannin, and nevertheless remains a fresh, mouth-watering wine that invites you to continue drinking.
